Internal Screening
Our team will review your application and get back to you with updates within a few days. We don’t keep you waiting.
Tech Discussion
If you are screened in, you will next attend a technical interview. Your knowledge and skills are tested by our professionals.
HR Discussion
After a successful technical interview, you will attend the HR discussion. This is where the hiring decision is made.
Offer Rollout
Congratulations! It’s time for celebration as you will receive the offer letter. Once you accept the offer, you're officially a Colanite.
Onboarding
We have a smooth onboarding process where all the paperwork is done and you are introduced to the team.

We usually follow 2 rounds of Technical discussion (if required will have additional round to access the coding part) and 1 Project / Delivery Manager round, finally HR round will take place.
